Ordering and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM AMORE

Hosiery . Hosiery may be returned for exchange as long as merchandise is shipped back to Amore within 7 calendar days of receipt. No credits on charge card purchases will be issued. To be considered for exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must first obtain a return authorization from Amore.
  • Clothing must be unworn and not damaged. To ensure the item is unworn, try the item on over your own undergarments.
  • The original garment tags must still be attached to the clothing and the original bill of sale must accompany the transaction.
  • Hosiery must be in the original packaging, unopened and unworn.
  • Items must be returned to Amore at the sender’s expense within 7 calendar days of receipt via UPS ground.

In the event that you do not wish to exchange the hosiery for merchandise, Amore will gladly issue you a merchandise credit (no expiration date applies).

 

Adult Novelties, Books/Videos, and Toys

Absolutely no returns or exchanges are allowed on any of these items. All adult toys are tested with batteries/alternating current, as applicable, to ensure proper operation prior to shipping. Where applicable, manufacturer warranty cards may be included with the product and, in the event of product malfunction, the product should be returned to the manufacturer. Amore should be notified immediately in the event that damages occur to packages during shipping.

 

Disclaimer

Adult toys are sold as novelties only. Amore expresses no warranty on products, real or implied. By entering this portion of the site, the viewer acknowledges that he/she is 18.

 

Product Operation

As applicable, adult toys are tested with batteries or alternating current prior to shipping to ensure product operation. Unless otherwise stated, batteries are not included with products.

 

Returns/Exchanges

In keeping with our quality standards, Amore will not allow returns or exchanges on adult toys. If packages are damaged during shipping, Amore should be notified immediately. The entire unopened shipment should be returned to Amore.

 

In the event that you are looking for an adult toy and do not see it on our site, please send us an email or give us a call! We will be glad to check on the product and let you know its cost.
